Buddy Estrella has a wide range of experience in the formulation, leadership and management of companies in the mortgage lending and retail service sectors. Additionally, he has a proven ability over the past 26 years for direct selling, as well as recruiting, building, and motivating solid sales teams that are focused on accomplishing the client's goals.
His extensive entrepreneurial background includes Founder and CEO of Principle Mortgage Group, and Max Star, Inc., a retail group with a focus on men's dress clothing in Austin and Midland, Texas, as well as Co-Founder and CEO of Estrella, Inc. a 'high end' custom tailor shop in Austin, Texas.
Buddy is a fully licensed mortgage planner and holds a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
